I really enjoyed my stay; the value for the money was excellent, and the room was super clean and cozy. The location was convenient with lots of dining options nearby, and the staff was friendly and quick to assist with any requests.
The breakfast could use more variety to enhance the experience.

There were climate control, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel television in the room, appreciated that. The bathroom with a bath. The hotel was in an EXCELLENT location, close to the plaza. And it was also just off Mayaguez, Park and restaurants.

Honestly, the room was super clean and tidy, which I totally appreciated. The pool area was a nice escape, and it was great having some delicious restaurants and coffee spots within walking distance. I also loved that there was solid Wi-Fi for movie streaming and some snacks available at the front desk for a fair price.
But, the air conditioning was a nightmare! It made this weird banging noise all night, and I barely slept. Plus, the surrounding neighborhood felt sketchy and poorly lit. To top it off, the staff could really use some training in customer service—no one seemed too friendly when I tried talking to them. Definitely not the chill getaway I hoped for!

I recently stayed for a weekend getaway and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel features a cozy and modern decor that immediately put me at ease. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The large pool area was a major highlight, and I loved that it was often quiet. The location was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants, and the clean, spacious room came equipped with great amenities, including a strong Wi-Fi signal.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I gotta say, the location of this hotel is super convenient! It's close to the plaza and tons of restaurants, which made grabbing meals easy. The room was really clean, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help. Plus, there's plenty of parking available, which is a huge plus in busy areas!
But man, my stay was pretty rough. The pool was ice cold and the heater was broken, which was such a bummer. Plus, there were fire alarms blasting at 7:30 AM both mornings, and noisy guests in the hallway made my sleep impossible. it was a bit chaotic, and I didn’t get the relaxing vacation I was hoping for.

The real deal or a total steal?
The pool area was enjoyable and typically spacious. I appreciated the cleanliness and handy amenities, like snacks at the reception and close access to various eateries.
Room design was frustrating. The bathrooms lacked space and shelving for toiletries.

The staff was attentive.
I was locked out of my room because the door lock battery was dead. The cleaning crew failed to do their job, leaving my room uncleaned for the duration of my stay. There were pubic hairs in the shower and the bathroom was dirty, unacceptable.

Vacationers beware!
Let me tell you about my unpleasant experience. Arrived late at night and the room was basically a king bed and a hard chair, like c'mon really?
It wasn't exactly cheap for what we got, but still somewhat tolerable.
